The Anpay Group has been established in Kalkan since 1996.  It currently consists of a Hotel, a Restaurant, Property Design, Construction and Development, Department, Estate Agents, Rentals Letting Agency, Maintenance & Management Departments and many related services.

The Company has grown considerably in the past few years and has expanded further into the design and construction of Exclusive villas and apartments.  We have grown to be one of the largest builders in the area, but we are still small enough to care about our customers from start to finish continuing with excellent after sales service.

New to the Team this year is Executive Sales Manager, Roger Ford, who has had over 2 years experience selling properties in Kalkan.
The Company started with a small restaurant in the centre of Kalkan named Café Set.  We then opened Tespa Supermarket which became very successful and therefore, after a considerable refurbishment, was re-opened in 2008 as Tesko Supermarket.

Over the years, having made considerable friendships with European people, we were made aware that good quality properties were in the minority in the area, so we set about building 11 villas, and were one of the first big projects in Kalkan, which we called Kalkan Houses.

In 2003, we then acquired the Rhapsody Hotel.  This Hotel has gone from strength to strength over the years. For the past 13 years, we have grown with Kalkan and are proud to be part of what you see today and to have helped investors to make their little bit of Paradise a place to remember and a Dream Come True.
